Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Team Leader to lead motivate and manage our team of property consultants agents The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills excellent communication and a proven track record in real estate sales You will be responsible for guiding the team to achieve sales targets ensuring customer satisfaction and driving overall business growth Key Responsibilities Recruit train mentor and supervise a team of real estate agents Set clear sales targets monitor performance and ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly goals Provide guidance and support in client meetings site visits and deal closures Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue Motivate the team through incentives recognition and continuous training Monitor the real estate market trends and competitor activities to strategize accordingly Ensure compliance with company policies legal requirements and ethical standards Maintain robust relationships with clients developers and channel partners Prepare and present sales reports and performance analysis to management Key Skills Competencies Strong leadership coaching and team management skills Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills In-depth knowledge of the real estate industry market trends and property laws Target-driven with proven sales and business development ability Ability to handle high-pressure situations and motivate the team Proficiency in MS Office CRM tools and digital platforms Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 35 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Work Location In person
