We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Salon Manager to oversee the daily operations of our luxury salon The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff ensuring excellent customer service driving business growth and maintaining high standards of salon operations Key Responsibilities Supervise motivate and lead salon staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences Manage day-to-day salon operations including scheduling inventory and supplies Ensure compliance with health safety and hygiene standards Handle customer queries feedback and resolve complaints promptly and professionally Oversee recruitment training and performance evaluations of team members Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales upselling and client retention Monitor financial performance including budgets targets and cost controls Maintain a clean organized and welcoming salon environment Coordinate marketing activities promotional offers and events to attract clients Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business Qualifications Skills Proven experience as a Salon Manager or in a supervisory role within the beauty industry Strong leadership and people management skills Excellent communication interpersonal and customer service skills Knowledge of salon services treatments and products Ability to handle budgets targets and operational reports Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Skilled appearance and a customer-first attitude Education Experience Diploma or degree in Beauty Management Cosmetology preferred but not mandatory Minimum 2-5 years of experience in salon spa management Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Location Thrikkakara Kochi Kerala Required Work Location In person
