Welder Job Title Welder Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and certified Welder to join our team The ideal candidate will be proficient in various welding techniques and able to work with different materials including steel aluminum and stainless steel The Welder will be responsible for interpreting blueprints performing welding tasks to high standards and ensuring all work meets safety and quality specifications Key Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints schematics and welding symbols to determine the appropriate welding process and materials Perform welding using various techniques such as TIG MIG and stick welding Operate and maintain welding equipment and other related tools safely and effectively Inspect welded surfaces and structures to ensure they meet quality and safety standards Clean and prepare surfaces for welding and remove slag and other debris after welding Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time Maintain a clean and organized work area Qualifications Proven experience as a Welder Certification in one or more welding processes is preferred Strong knowledge of welding procedures and safety standards Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects Education High school diploma or equivalent Completion of a welding program at a technical school or vocational college is a plus LIECL is an equal opportunity employer We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive workplace for all employees Job Type Full-time Pay 8 000 00 - 10 000 00 per month
