Role Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee daily site operations and ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards The Site Supervisor will coordinate between clients the Delivery Manager and delivery assistants maintaining clear communication and ensuring all tasks are executed within deadlines without compromising on quality Key Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day site activities to ensure smooth workflow and timely project progress Coordinate projects from initiation to completion ensuring alignment with timelines and quality standards Schedule and oversee deliveries of materials and finished products Assist with site measurements fixing and delivery coordination Ensure adherence to safety protocols and compliance requirements at all times Provide regular updates and reports to the Delivery Manager Manage site resources including materials equipment and manpower for efficient project execution Maintain effective communication with clients to address concerns ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships Balance speed and quality to achieve project timelines without compromising outcomes Qualifications Skills Required Degree or Diploma in Interior Design Civil Engineering or related field 1-3 years of experience in site supervision or related roles Strong teamwork leadership and communication skills High attention to detail with a strong sense of responsibility Ability to manage multiple tasks and resolve in office challenges effectively Compensation Benefits Basic Pay Negotiable Based on experience Working Days Monday to Saturday Working Hours 10 00 AM - 8 00 PM Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 18 000 00 - 23 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Experience Interior design 2 years Required Work Location In person
