WE ARE HIRING Sampathi Credits Private Limited looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated person who can join with us Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for newly onboarded MSME clients during the initial stages of their engagement Collect verify and validate all required KYC and business documentation as per company and regulatory guidelines Coordinate with credit legal and operations teams to ensure smooth loan processing and disbursal Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in internal systems CRM LMS etc Educate clients about loan terms repayment schedules and company policies Assist clients in completing onboarding forms agreements and digital onboarding platforms Proactively identify and resolve any onboarding-related issues or bottlenecks Ensure adherence to RBI and NBFC compliance standards throughout the onboarding process Provide feedback to improve onboarding processes and customer satisfaction Support periodic audits and internal reporting requirements Exciting incentives petrol allowances will be provided Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 17 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Perks Health insurance Paid time off Provident Fund License Certification Driving Licence Required Work Location In person
