Key Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and escort them to their tables Present menu provide detailed information when asked and upsell food and beverages Take accurate food and drink orders and communicate them to the kitchen staff Serve food and beverages in a timely manner Ensure tables are set clean and organized at all times Handle customer queries requests and complaints professionally Process bills and collect payments cash card UPI Follow all food safety hygiene and service standards Support other restaurant operations when required Requirements Previous experience as a waiter waitress or in customer service preferred Valuable communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure Team player with multitasking skills Flexibility to work in shifts weekends and holidays Basic knowledge of POS systems is an advantage Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 10 000 00 - 14 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Experience Hotel management 1 year Preferred Work Location In person
