The Site Billing and Follow-Up Executive is responsible for preparing and managing all billing-related activities at project sites The role involves ensuring accurate documentation timely submission of running and final bills tracking approvals and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders for follow-ups and payment realization Key Responsibilities Billing Prepare RA Running Account bills and final bills based on work progress at the site Verify and reconcile quantities with the execution site team Ensure that all supporting documents like measurements photographs client certifications etc are attached Coordinate with Quantity Surveyor and Site Engineers for measurements and updates Maintain billing logs and reports on a daily weekly basis Follow-Up Coordination Regular follow-up with clients consultants for certification and processing of bills Follow up with accounts or finance teams for payment collections Coordinate with internal departments for approvals clarifications and supporting documents Maintain communication logs and updates regarding bill status Documentation Reporting Maintain proper filing and documentation of all bills approvals and communication Prepare billing status reports aging reports and collection forecasts Assist in audit requirements related to billing and project revenues Key Skills Competencies Good understanding of construction billing RA final bills Knowledge of contractual terms BOQ work orders etc Proficiency in MS Excel and billing accounting software e g Tally ERP Strong follow-up and communication skills Attention to detail and ability to handle documentation accurately Qualifications Experience Bachelor s degree in Commerce Engineering Mechanical or related field 2-5 years of experience in site billing or project billing preferably in construction or infrastructure sectors Experience working on large-scale project sites is an advantage Job Type Full time Pay 18 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Paid time off Provident Fund Ability to commute relocate Gurugram Haryana Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Preferred Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience total work 3 years Preferred Willingness to travel 75 Preferred Work Location In person
