Job Title Admission Officer Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and approachable Admission Officer to oversee the admissions process and act as the first point of contact for prospective students and their families The role blends counseling with target-driven telesales requiring excellent communication strong organizational abilities and a student-focused approach to ensure a smooth and positive enrollment journey Key Responsibilities Manage inquiries via phone email walk-ins and proactive telecalling Conduct target-based telesales to convert leads into confirmed admissions Provide accurate information on programs eligibility and admission procedures Review applications verify documents and monitor submissions for timely completion Guide applicants throughout the enrollment process with personalized support Coordinate admission-related events including open houses campus visits and orientations Maintain accurate applicant records in CRM systems and generate reports on conversions and trends Collaborate with the marketing team on outreach initiatives and with academic teams to address applicant concerns Ensure adherence to institutional policies and relevant educational regulations Qualifications Skills Bachelor s degree in any discipline Commerce preferred Prior experience in admissions counseling or target-based telesales is an advantage Strong communication skills in English proficiency in Malayalam preferred Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools Job Type Full time Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person
