Key Responsibilities 1 Preventive Predictive Maintenance Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules for all machinery Conduct predictive checks to minimize unexpected breakdowns 2 Breakdown Maintenance Respond promptly to machine breakdowns to restore operations quickly Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence 3 Machine Performance Reliability Monitor machine health and ensure maximum uptime Maintain and improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness OEE 4 Safety Compliance Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety standards and SOPs Adhere to ISO IEC and company quality standards 5 Documentation Reporting Maintain accurate records of breakdowns maintenance activities and spare part usage Prepare and submit daily weekly and monthly maintenance reports 6 Spare Parts Inventory Management Monitor and manage critical spare parts inventory Raise timely purchase requests to avoid delays 7 Continuous Improvement Recommend and implement improvements in machines tools and processes Support lean manufacturing 5S and TPM initiatives 8 Coordination Support Collaborate with production quality and purchase teams to minimize downtime Assist with new machine installation commissioning and validation 9 Training Supervision Train operators on basic machine care Supervise and guide junior maintenance staff and technicians 10 Cost Energy Optimisation Plan and execute maintenance to reduce costs Contribute to energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 30 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Advantages Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
