Job description Position Summary Recently IDH launched its digital data management platform Analytica that will capture store and visualize result data for monitoring its projects and program success We want to migrate all historical result data to this digital platform Dataverse from a excel based system We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy intern to support our data analysis and management efforts including data cleaning and validation of aggregated program data with a particular focus on preparing and migrating datasets into Dataverse This role is ideal for someone passionate about sustainability and digital innovation You will work closely with the M E and program teams to ensure that data is clean structured and effectively integrated into IDH s digital tools Power Platform to support decision-making and impact tracking The internship offers hands-on experience in transforming raw data into actionable insights within a dynamic mission-driven organization Key Responsibilities Data Preparation Collect data from program team Clean and standardize raw datasets by following data migration template e g remove duplicates fix formatting issues Validate data accuracy and completeness comparing with power BI report Assist in transforming data into structured formats for migration and analysis Support the creation of metadata and documentation for every datasets Data Migration Assist in mapping data fields between source and destination systems Support the migration of data between spreadsheets databases or platforms Conduct post-migration checks to ensure data integrity Help troubleshoot migration errors or inconsistencies Collaboration and support Work closely with IT consultant to understand migration requirements Document processes and lessons learned Participate in team meetings and contribute to data improvement initiatives Who you are Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Data Science Statistics Social science or a related field Robust proficiency in Excel experience with Power BI Power app is a plus Familiarity with impact measurement frameworks or sustainability metrics is desirable Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Strong communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural collaborative environment Passion for sustainability and market-based solutions Important This is a 3 Months role The position will be called as Intern for a definite period mentioned above The deadline to submit application is 7 Oct 25
