We are looking for a motivated and compassionate Academic Counsellor to join our team The ideal candidate will guide students in their educational journeys helping them make informed decisions about their academic and career paths Key Responsibilities Provide one-on-one and group counselling to students regarding academic programs course selection and career opportunities Assist students in understanding their strengths and interests to guide them towards suitable academic pathways Maintain up-to-date knowledge of educational trends admission processes and scholarship opportunities Collaborate with faculty and staff to ensure students receive comprehensive support Monitor student progress and provide guidance on academic improvement strategies Address student concerns and challenges providing support and resources as needed Maintain accurate records of counselling sessions and student interactions Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Education Experience in academic counselling or related roles is an advantage Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with students Organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and student management systems Job Type Full time Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience total work 1 year Preferred Work Location In person
