CRAFT o Mumbai Maharashtra India ID 5814 What You Will Do The Senior Client Servicing Executive for Craft Worldwide will be required to Oversee end-to-end print production workflows ensuring accuracy quality and timely delivery Identify and resolve production issues as they arise escalating to Senior Management where appropriate Communicate effectively with internal teams external vendors and clients to deliver high-quality print outputs Manage project creation and tracking in Manage Plus or equivalent tools Coordinate and assign tasks to Print Producers Artworkers and QA resources Route proofs mock-ups and final assets to clients for review and approvals Maintain and update the print production schedule and resource allocation tracker Track metrics for projects not managed on Manage Plus Ensure all mandatory print specifications color standards bleed trims paper stock finishing etc are verified before jobs leave the studio Monitor time management and deliver projects efficiently within agreed budgets and timelines Ensure accurate and timely completion of timesheets each week Provide input guidance and mentorship to team members across all levels within the Print Production team Demonstrate a positive solutions-driven approach in addressing client and production challenges Be available to work flexible schedule in line with print production timelines and delivery needs Who You Will Be To be successful in this role you will bring relevant experience and skills such as 3 years of experience in client servicing account management with a focus on print production Strong understanding of Print production processes pre-press press finishing distribution and awareness of Broadcast and Digital operations Proven ability to manage multiple print projects tasks simultaneously Strong knowledge of MS Office familiarity with production project management tools preferred Experience leading cross-functional teams of print producers artworkers and QA specialists Highly motivated adaptable innovative and eager to learn new print and production technologies Excellent written and verbal communication skills for vendor and client interactions JOB FUNCTION Account Management JOB TYPE Full-time Regular Currency Type Compensation Rate Annual
