Job Title Tour Consultant Location Tourmax Corporate Office Cochin Employment Type Full-time Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Tour Consultant to join our team at Tourmax Corporate Office Cochin The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling client inquiries designing travel itineraries coordinating bookings and ensuring seamless travel experiences for our customers This role requires excellent communication skills destination knowledge and a passion for the travel and tourism industry Key Responsibilities Interact with clients to understand their travel needs preferences and budgets Prepare customized itineraries quotations and tour packages domestic and international Handle end-to-end travel arrangements including flights visas accommodations insurance and transport Provide accurate information on destinations attractions tours and travel requirements Manage group tours and FIT Free Independent Traveler bookings efficiently Coordinate with airlines hotels DMCs and other partners for reservations and confirmations Maintain strong relationships with clients ensuring repeat and referral business Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company Handle customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally Requirements Bachelor s degree or diploma in Travel Tourism Hospitality related field Prior experience as a Tour Consultant or in the travel industry preferred Strong knowledge of international and domestic destinations ticketing and visa processes Proficiency in MS Office and travel booking tools Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Malayalam English Hindi preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail Customer service orientation and problem-solving skills What We Offer Market-competitive salary with performance-based incentives Opportunity to grow with one of the fastest expanding tour operators in South India Supportive work environment with continuous learning opportunities Exposure to international travel industry standards and operations Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Internship Contract length 24 months Pay 15 000 00 - 38 896 87 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Paid sick time Work Location In person
