Job Summary The Customer Service Representative CSR is responsible for managing customer interactions across multiple channels phone email chat or in-person ensuring timely resolution of queries and delivering a positive customer experience The role involves problem-solving maintaining service quality standards and supporting the company s reputation for excellent customer care Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries professionally and efficiently Provide accurate information about products services and company policies Resolve customer issues complaints or requests within established timelines Escalate complex or unresolved issues to higher-level support when necessary Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system Meet performance metrics such as response time resolution rate and customer satisfaction Collaborate with internal teams sales technical support operations to ensure seamless service delivery Assist in feedback collection and contribute to process improvements Adhere to company policies service standards and compliance requirements Qualifications Skills Bachelor s degree preferred or equivalent work experience 1-3 years of experience in a customer service role for entry level 5 years for senior CSR roles Excellent communication skills verbal and written Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities Ability to multitask work under pressure and meet deadlines Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools e g Salesforce Zendesk Flexibility to work shifts weekends or holidays if required Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Perks Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location In person
