Job Summary To oversee and manage the wooden toys assembly line ensuring smooth production flow adherence to quality standards optimal manpower utilization and timely delivery targets while maintaining safety and efficiency Key Responsibilities Supervise daily assembly line operations of wooden toys production Allocate tasks and monitor workforce operators helpers quality inspectors etc for maximum efficiency Ensure production schedules are met as per plan Monitor quality at every stage of assembly to ensure defect-free products Train guide and motivate workers for skill improvement and productivity Maintain records of production output downtime and wastage Coordinate with production planning stores and maintenance teams for smooth operations Implement safety and housekeeping standards on the shop floor Identify process bottlenecks and suggest improvements in assembly techniques Handle manpower issues and ensure discipline on the line Key Skills Competencies Robust knowledge of assembly line supervision preferably wooden toys wood-based products Understanding of tools jigs fixtures and finishing processes in toy furniture assembly Good leadership and team management skills Knowledge of basic quality inspection methods finishing dimensions durability safety compliance Problem-solving ability with a focus on productivity and cost control Strong communication and reporting skills Qualifications Diploma B Tech in Mechanical Production or Industrial Engineering preferred OR Graduate with relevant experience Minimum 4-5 years of experience in assembly line supervision in toys furniture or manufacturing industry Job Type Full-time Pay 28 000 00 - 32 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Food provided Health insurance Leave encashment Paid sick time Provident Fund Ability to commute relocate Rajkot Gujarat Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Experience total work 4 years Required Work Location In person
