Job Title Consultant Coordinator Location Kanhangad Department Consulting Client Relations Reports To Senior Manager HR Job Summary The Consultant Coordinator will serve as the key link between clients consultants and internal teams at Emerge Business Group This role involves coordinating consulting assignments maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring smooth communication and timely project execution Key Responsibilities Act as the first point of contact for clients and consultants regarding project updates and requirements Schedule and coordinate meetings calls and consultations between clients and consultants Prepare and maintain project documentation reports and follow-up communications Ensure timely delivery of consulting services and address client queries or concerns Work closely with the HR and Operations teams to assign consultants to projects Track progress of consulting projects and escalate issues when necessary Support recruitment and onboarding of current consultants if required Maintain accurate client and consultant records in the company database Contribute to process improvement and enhance client satisfaction Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Management or a related field Strong communication and coordination skills English Malayalam preferred Ability to multitask and prioritize work efficiently Proficiency in MS Office Word Excel PowerPoint and basic reporting tools Good interpersonal skills and problem-solving ability Experience in client coordination or consulting support will be an added advantage Work Environment Benefits Collaborative work culture focused on growth and learning Opportunity to interact with diverse clients and projects Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 8 000 00 - 12 000 00 per month Work Location In person
