Role Description This is a full time on-site role for a female Front Office Telecaller at am Aesthetic Clinic located in OMR Chennai Key Responsibilities Will be responsible for managing front office operations and generating sales through effective phone communication Make outbound calls to potential clients and leads and convert them Maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and engagement Maintain the Client information database Maintain day to day operations and admin activities of the clinic Gather Feedback from clients and report to branch for improvements Good team player Experience in Hair and Skin clinic will be given preference Qualifications Any graduate Excellent fluency in English Prior experience in tele calling preferred Proficient in English and Tamil Excellent communication skills Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Work Location In person
