We are seeking a Solar Site Engineer to join our growing team and contribute significantly to the deployment of solar energy systems This role involves both technical and business development responsibilities ensuring successful project execution from start to finish If you re enthusiastic about renewable energy and looking to make an impact in the solar industry we want to hear from you Key Responsibilities Business Development Identify and pursue new opportunities within the solar energy market Build strong relationships with potential clients and stakeholders to drive growth in the renewable Site Evaluation Conduct thorough site assessments and feasibility studies to evaluate the suitability of properties for solar panel installations Consider factors like location roof structure sunlight exposure and energy requirements Installation Support Provide hands-on assistance during the installation of solar systems ensuring high standards of quality safety and performance Participate in troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues that may arise during or after installation Project Coordination Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technical staff suppliers and contractors to ensure smooth execution of solar projects Monitor timelines budgets and progress to meet client expectations Client Relations Support customers throughout the installation and maintenance phases Provide technical guidance and ensure systems are performing optimally Educational Qualifications B Tech or equivalent degree in Electrical Renewable Energy Electronics or related fields Work Experience Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in solar energy including roles in solar marketing sales EV charging or technical support Experience in solar system installation or maintenance is highly preferred Technical Knowledge A solid understanding of solar technology system components e g panels inverters batteries and installation processes Knowledge of basic troubleshooting and system optimization is essential Skills Robust analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities A proactive self-driven approach to work with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results Male candidates are encouraged to apply Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 240 000 00 - 360 000 00 per year Benefits Health insurance Ability to commute relocate Ernakulam Kerala Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Preferred Experience solar 1 year Preferred Shift availability Day Shift Preferred Willingness to travel 100 Preferred Work Location In person
