About the Role We are looking for a results-driven Paid Media Specialist who not only excels at planning executing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across digital platforms but also understands how to run sales-focused campaigns that drive revenue and business growth This role requires a unique balance of analytical skills creative thinking and sales-oriented strategy Key Responsibilities Plan execute and manage paid media campaigns across platforms Google Ads Meta Ads LinkedIn YouTube etc Strategize and implement sales-driven campaigns focused on lead generation conversions and revenue growth Develop ad creatives copy and campaign structures aligned with sales objectives Optimize campaigns for CPL Cost per Lead ROI and ROAS Monitor daily performance analyze data and prepare detailed reports on campaign effectiveness Collaborate with the sales team to ensure lead quality nurturing and conversion optimization Conduct A B testing on creatives landing pages and funnels to improve sales outcomes Stay updated with industry trends paid media tools and best practices Requirements Proven experience 3-5 years in managing paid media campaigns across multiple channels Strong understanding of sales funnels lead generation and performance marketing Hands-on experience with Google Ads Meta Ads Manager and other ad platforms Strong analytical skills with expertise in tools like Google Analytics Tag Manager Data Studio etc Ability to create high-performing ad copy creatives and sales-driven campaign strategies Excellent communication and reporting skills Self-motivated target-driven and results-oriented mindset Job Type Full time Pay 25 000 00 - 60 000 00 per month Experience PPC Campaign Management 2 years Required E-Commerce 2 years Required Digital marketing 2 years Required Location Mumbai Maharashtra Required Work Location In person
