Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Travel Consultant to join our Coimbatore team. The ideal candidate will help clients plan, book, and manage travel arrangements while delivering exceptional service and creating memorable travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand client travel requirements and provide suitable travel solutions
- Plan and book domestic and international travel packages, including flights, hotels, visas, and activities
- Handle ticketing and reservation processes efficiently
- Provide accurate information on destinations, travel regulations, and pricing
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business
- Coordinate with vendors, airlines, and hotels to ensure smooth travel arrangements
- Handle customer queries, changes, and issues professionally




- Assist in promoting travel packages and services

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate in any discipline
- 1–2 years of experience in travel consultancy or a related field

Required Skills

- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage)
- Strong knowledge of ticketing and reservation systems
- Valuable understanding of the travel and tourism industry
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- Ability to handle multiple bookings and deadlines
- Basic sales and marketing skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
