CandidShutters Media is looking for an experienced and passionate Motion Graphic Video Editor. He/She would be responsible for creating visually appealing graphics and videos that effectively communicate our brand's message and engage our target audience.

Job Location: SS Omnia, Sector 86, Gurgaon

Key Responsibilities:

Motion Graphics:

- Developing video concepts, storyboards, and scripts that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives.
- Conceptualize, design, and produce visually stunning motion graphics for online campaigns, social media, other digital platforms, websites, presentations, and promotional materials
- Collaborate with the creative team to understand project requirements and deliver compelling motion graphic content.
- Editing and enhancing videos using industry-standard software, incorporating animations, effects, transitions, and audio elements.

Understanding of Marketing:

- Stay abreast of latest marketing trends and best practices to contribute innovative ideas to marketing campaigns.
- Translate marketing goals into visually compelling and effective design solutions.

Social Media Creatives:

- Create attractive visuals for social media platforms that align with the brand and marketing strategy.
- Work closely with the social media team to create engaging content for various client campaigns.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite:

- Utilize Adobe tools such as After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator to create high-quality agile visuals.
- Stay updated on the latest features and tools within the Adobe Creative Suite.





Key Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Motion Graphics, or a related field.

Preferred Skills:

- 1. Proven experience of at least 3 years in motion graphics design and a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work preferably from the corporate sector.
- 2.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro) and other relevant design and video editing software.
- 3. Strong understanding of marketing principles and the ability to translate them into visual content.
- 4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, and an eye for detail.
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with 3D modeling, or animation is a plus.
- Experience with AI tools is a plus.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
