Duties & Responsibilities

- Welcome and greet guests in a professional manner
- Escort guests to tables and ensure comfortable seating
- Take accurate food and beverage orders
- Suggest menu items and promote upselling to increase sales
- Ensure timely and correct service of food and drinks
- Supervise and guide stewards / service staff
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar for smooth operations
- Handle guest complaints politely and resolve issues quickly
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Monitor table setup, cleanliness, and service standards
- Check quality and presentation of food before serving
- Assist in billing and ensure accuracy of bills
- Maintain daily reports and coordinate with management
- Train and support recent staff members
- Ensure hygiene, grooming, and uniform standards of team
- Follow hotel policies and service procedures

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
