About the Role

Twelve months in, you'll be the person clients trust to run their content without hand-holding, the person the creative team turns to for a clear brief, and the person in the room who brings the idea nobody else thought of. You'll own the content engine for a set of brands end-to-end — planning it, checking it, getting it made, and knowing when it needs to be something completely different.

What You'll Do

- Own and audit content calendars and content banks across all assigned brands — catching gaps, off-strategy posts, and stale ideas before they go out.
- Ideate original, business-generating content concepts and out-of-the-box marketing ideas that move brands past templated social content.
- Brief and coordinate the internal team — copy, design, video — and follow through until deliverables actually ship on time.
- Independently manage 3–5 client accounts end-to-end, from strategy presentations to performance reviews, as the primary point of contact.
- Track content and campaign performance and use the data to sharpen what gets planned next.
- Spot trends and whitespace early, and bring proactive ideas to clients before they have to ask.

What We're Looking For

Required

- 5+ years of experience in content strategy, social media strategy, or content marketing, ideally at an agency.




- Proven experience owning content calendars and managing multiple brands or clients at once.
- Solid instinct for what content performs on Instagram, LinkedIn, and other major platforms, across different industries.
- Experience briefing and coordinating creative teams (copy, design, video) and holding deadlines without constant follow-up.
- Excellent written communication and client-facing presentation skills.

Preferred

- Experience pitching or leading integrated campaign concepts, not just monthly content calendars.
- Familiarity with social/content analytics and reporting tools.
- Experience working across multiple industries or verticals.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
