About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SEO Manager to develop and execute our organic search strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page optimization, content strategy, and performance analytics. This is a flexible, part-time consulting role suited for someone who can work independently and deliver measurable growth in organic traffic and search rankings.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement an SEO strategy aligned with business goals.
- Conduct keyword research and identify high-impact content opportunities.
- Optimize website content, metadata, internal linking, and site architecture.
- Perform regular technical SEO audits and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with content, product, and development teams to implement SEO best practices.
- Monitor website performance using tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar platforms.
- Analyze competitors and identify opportunities to improve rankings.
- Track SEO KPIs including organic traffic, keyword rankings, CTR, conversions, and backlinks.
- Create monthly performance reports with insights and actionable recommendations.




- Stay updated on search engine algorithm changes and emerging SEO trends.

Required Qualifications

- 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience.
- Proven track record of improving organic traffic and search rankings.
- Strong knowledge of technical SEO, on-page SEO, off-page SEO, and local SEO (if applicable).
- Experience with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and PageSpeed Insights.
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms such as WordPress is preferred.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in B2B, B2C Insurance, SaaS, healthcare, e-commerce, or digital platforms (customize based on your industry).
- Familiarity with AI-powered search, schema markup, Core Web Vitals, and content optimization tools.

Deliverables

- Comprehensive SEO audit and action plan.
- Monthly keyword ranking and traffic reports.
- Technical SEO recommendations and implementation roadmap.
- Content optimization strategy and keyword plan.
- Continuous monitoring and improvement of SEO performance.

Time Commitment

- 15–25 hours per week (flexible based on project requirements).

Compensation

- Competitive hourly or monthly consulting fee based on experience.

Pay: ₹16,425.00 - ₹26,425.00 per month
