About the Role
Edurech Technology is looking for enthusiastic and career-oriented freshers to join our US Staffing team as a US IT Bench Sales Recruiter. This is an excellent opportunity to build a successful career in the US IT staffing industry. Comprehensive training will be provided to help you understand the recruitment process and develop the skills required for the role.
Key Responsibilities
- Market IT consultants to implementation partners, vendors, and direct clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with recruiters and hiring managers.
- Submit consultant profiles to suitable job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with clients and consultants.
- Negotiate pay rates and ensure successful candidate placements.
- Maintain daily activity reports and update internal trackers.
- Work towards achieving individual and team placement targets.
Eligibility
- Freshers (0–1 year experience) are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
- Willingness to work in the US Night Shift (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM IST).
- Strong learning attitude and a positive mindset.

Incentives
Earn up to ₹50,000 incentive for every successful placement (per closer), subject to the company's incentive policy.
