Role Overview:

The role involves reviewing, typing, formatting, and designing content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and visual appeal across various platforms. The individual will collaborate with teams to finalize documents and use design tools to enhance content presentation while maintaining brand consistency.

Responsibilities:

- Content Review & Finalization
- Review content drafts for accuracy, grammar, tone, and alignment with brand guidelines.
- Ensure factual correctness, clarity, and coherence in written materials.
- Collaborate with writers, editors, and other team members to finalize deliverables.
- Typing & Content Entry
- Accurately type or digitize content from various sources (handwritten, scanned, dictated, etc.).
- Maintain speed and precision in data entry and document preparation.
- Organize and manage content databases or repositories.
- Formatting
- Format documents, presentations, reports, and other content materials to ensure visual clarity and professional appearance.




- Apply consistent styles, templates, and layouts as per brand requirements.
- Ensure compatibility across platforms (PDF, Word, web, print).
- Designing
- Maintain consistency in fonts, color schemes, and branding elements across materials.

Skills:

- Strong command of English (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in MS Word & Google Workspace.
- Robust eye for detail, layout, and formatting.
- Ability to manage time and work under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) is a plus.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
