Role Summary

VB is looking for an experienced HR Recruiter who can independently manage bulk hiring, employee onboarding, for café and restaurant operations.

The ideal candidate must have strong experience in Food & Beverage recruitment, especially hiring café and restaurant staff, along with hands-on expertise in payroll management with complete accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities Bulk Recruitment In Food & Beverage & Talent Acquisition

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Café, Restaurant, and Food & Beverage operations.
- Must have experience in hiring:
- Store Managers
- Café Managers
- Supervisors
- Baristas
- Chefs & Kitchen Staff
- Service Crew
- Cashiers
- Housekeeping Staff
- Other frontline F&B; employees
- Source candidates through job portals, references, social media, and recruitment drives.
- Shortlist 50+ CVs daily as per manpower requirements.
- Conduct initial screening, coordinate interviews, and ensure timely closures.
- Manage offer release, candidate follow-up, and joining process.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring MIS reports.

2. Employee Onboarding

- Complete joining formalities for Store Managers and F&B; staff.
- Verify employee documents and maintain personnel files.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and joining documents.
- Ensure smooth induction and onboarding process.
- Maintain accurate employee database.
- Collect and verify:




- Attendance records
- Shift details
- Overtime
- Leave records
- Weekly offs
- Salary inputs

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Daily shortlist of 50+ suitable candidate profiles.
- Achievement of monthly hiring targets.
- Improved joining ratio and reduced hiring turnaround time.
- Complete employee documentation before joining.
- Accurate HR reports and employee records.

Candidate RequirementsEducation:

- Bachelor's Degree in HR, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR will be an advantage.

Experience:

- Minimum 3 Years of HR Recruitment Experience.
- Mandatory experience in Café / Restaurant / Food & Beverage / QSR staff hiring.
- Proven experience in bulk hiring operations.
- Hands-on experience in independently Recruitment
