Key Responsibilities

- Supervise the day-to-day operations of the hostel.
- Ensure the safety, security, and well-being of all students.
- Maintain discipline and enforce hostel rules and regulations.
- Monitor student attendance, entry/exit registers, and visitor records.
- Address student concerns, grievances, and emergencies promptly.
- Coordinate room allotment, occupancy, and hostel records.
- Inspect hostel rooms and common areas to ensure cleanliness and maintenance.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, security, maintenance, and catering staff.
- Organize hostel meetings and student welfare activities.
- Maintain inventory of hostel assets and prepare required reports.
- Ensure compliance with college policies and health and safety standards.




- Communicate regularly with parents and college management when required.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

- Diploma (Preferred)
