Maliyakkal Roller Flour Mills (P) Ltd. is seeking an experienced and skilled Rollerman cum Miller to oversee wheat milling operations and ensure consistent production of high-quality flour. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in operating roller mills, maintaining extraction efficiency, monitoring product quality, and ensuring smooth plant operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate and monitor roller mills, plansifters, purifiers, and other milling equipment.
- Adjust roller settings and milling parameters to achieve the required flour quality and extraction.
- Monitor wheat cleaning, conditioning, and milling processes for maximum efficiency.
- Inspect flour quality regularly and make necessary machine adjustments to meet product specifications.
- Identify machine abnormalities and coordinate with the maintenance team for timely repairs.
- Supervise mill operators and helpers during shift operations.
- Reduce wastage, improve yield,



and optimize machine performance.
- Coordinate with Quality Control, Maintenance, Packing, and Dispatch teams to achieve daily production targets.
- Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping in the milling section.

Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Rollerman/Miller in a roller flour mill.
- Sound knowledge of wheat cleaning, conditioning, grinding, sifting, and flour milling operations.
- Ability to operate and troubleshoot roller mills and related milling equipment.
- Robust understanding of flour quality parameters, extraction rates, and production efficiency.
- Good leadership, problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
