Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Executive to manage and oversee all factory maintenance activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth plant operations by maintaining machinery, equipment, utilities, and facility systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day factory maintenance activities.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of machines and equipment.
- Ensure minimum machine downtime and smooth production operations.
- Maintain and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers.
- Maintain maintenance records, reports, and spare parts inventory.
- Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules.
- Ensure safety standards and maintenance procedures are followed.
- Support installation and commissioning of new equipment.
Requirements:
- 3–8 years of experience in factory/plant maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and utility systems.
- Experience in troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle maintenance teams.
