We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying recent business opportunities building and maintaining strong client relationships and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives Key Responsibilities Identify generate and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets Develop and implement effective business development strategies to expand the company s market presence Build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients ensuring long-term partnerships Conduct market research to identify trends competitor activities and potential business leads Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals presentations and negotiations Collaborate with internal teams marketing operations delivery to ensure client satisfaction and project success Maintain accurate records of sales pipeline client communication and business activities Represent the company at industry events networking meetings and exhibitions Key Skills Competencies Proven experience 2-5 years as a BDM or in a similar business development sales role Strong understanding of sales marketing and client relationship management Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills Ability to identify client needs and provide appropriate business solutions Self-motivated goal-oriented and able to work independently as well as in a team Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field MBA preferred Prior experience in Industry e g IT services digital marketing software solutions will be an advantage What We Offer Job Type Full-time Pay 50 000 00 - 100 000 00 per month Work Location In person
