We are looking for an experienced professional to oversee the polymer processing unit with strong expertise in single screw and twin screw extrusion technology The ideal candidate will ensure smooth production operations preventive maintenance compliance and team efficiency The candidate should have through knowledge of rw materials such as pp abs hips etc granules Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee operations of single screw and twin screw extruders Lead preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend machine life Ensure compliance with EHS standards and keep the plant audit-ready Oversee inventory management ensuring raw materials are available as per production plans Drive production efficiency by reducing machine stoppages and rejections Lead the production team conduct regular meetings and ensure alignment with business goals Monitor and review quality standards to deliver consistent output Implement IoT-based monitoring systems for better production control and predictive maintenance Conduct regular performance reviews and build a culture of continuous improvement Requirements Minimum 10 years of experience in the polymer industry Strong hands-on experience with single screw and twin screw extruders Proven record in plant operations EHS compliance and inventory management Ability to lead cross-functional teams and foster a high-performance culture Maintain Plant EHS and safety culture Experience in implementing digital IoT solutions in manufacturing is a plus Excellent problem-solving decision-making and communication skills What We Offer Opportunity to lead a state-of-the-art polymer processing plant Competitive salary and performance-based incentives A energetic work environment focused on innovation efficiency and sustainability Location Chennai Job Type Full-time Work Location In person
