- Tech Head Role Overview We are looking for a skilled technical qualified with strong knowledge of hardware software installations and system integrations The ideal candidate should be able to handle end-to-end setups of technology troubleshoot effectively and work on advanced audio-visual technologies for digital and interactive environments Key Responsibilities 1 Manage and maintain both hardware and software operating systems 2 Handle networking setup troubleshooting and integration 3 Perform installations of hardware cabling and AV equipment 4 Work with software such as Commander 5 Mandatory knowledge of Pixera Watchout software AR VR knowledge 6 Setup and manage projection systems 7 Handle sound system integrations for theatres open exhibit rooms and soundproof environments 8 Apply knowledge of acoustic panels for optimized audio setups 9 Work with sensor-based technologies such as RFID flipbooks interactive walls face human recognition and touch panels 10 Install and maintain digital experience hardware including LED walls Projectors LED TVs and OLED TVs 11 Handle cables for server integration CAT6 CAT6A HDMI DP etc 12 Manage mounting and paneling of LED TVs circular screens racks server rooms and custom touch overlays 13 Knowledge of CAD file Required Skills Knowledge 1 Strong understanding of hardware and software troubleshooting 2 Networking knowledge and experience 3 Familiarity with AV equipment and installation practices 4 Proficiency in Pixera Watchout must-have 5 Knowledge of sound systems projection and acoustic solutions 6 Hands-on experience with sensors interactive technologies and touch solutions 7 Experience with server room setups and structured cabling Preferred Background 1 Prior experience in handling digital exhibitions AV installations 2 Exposure to immersive technologies AR VR Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 70 000 00 - 110 000 00 per month Work Location In person
