Position Planning Engineer Company Meher Foundations Civil Engineers Private Limited Location Grant Road Mumbai Lodha Project Site Experience Required 6-7 Years Qualification B E Civil Diploma in Civil Engineering DCE Industry Residential Commercial Building Construction Key Responsibilities Planning Responsibilities Prepare monitor and update project schedules using Microsoft Project MSP and Primavera P6 Develop and maintain baseline programs micro-level schedules recovery schedules and look-ahead plans Track project progress and ensure alignment with timelines milestones and deliverables Identify delays suggest corrective actions to maintain schedule targets Prepare and submit daily weekly and monthly progress reports dashboards and presentations Assist in resource planning and prepare histograms and cash flow projections Support project teams in Extension of Time EOT claims delay analysis and mitigation strategies Coordinate with project teams clients consultants and subcontractors for updates Billing Responsibilities Prepare client RA bills subcontractor bills material reconciliation reports and other commercial documentation Verify measurements quantities and BOQ reconciliation with site records and drawings Prepare variation claims extra item bills rate analysis and escalation claims Coordinate with site teams for accurate quantity take-offs and timely submission of bills Ensure bills align with contractual agreements and client requirements Follow up on bill certifications payment milestones and collections Prepare supporting documentation for audit and internal reporting Key Skills Required Proficiency in Microsoft Project MSP and Primavera P6 Proficiency in MS Excel PowerPoint and reporting tools Knowledge of residential and commercial building construction processes Understanding of contractual terms project costing and commercial management Excellent coordination communication and documentation skills Preferred Candidate Profile 6-7 years of relevant experience in Billing Planning for Residential Commercial Building Projects Experience on reputed projects such as Lodha preferred Strong technical understanding of Mumbai construction practices Ability to manage site-level planning and billing activities independently Reporting To Project Manager Senior Management Salary Salary will be offered as per industry standards and shall be commensurate with the candidate s experience qualification and current CTC For candidates with 6-7 years of relevant experience in the Residential Commercial Building sector and proficiency in MSP Primavera the approximate salary range will be between 6 00 LPA to 7 20 LPA subject to evaluation during the interview process Job Type Full time Pay 35 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person Application Deadline 31 07 2025 Expected Start Date 31 07 2025
