Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to manage and process employee payroll accurately and on time The role requires robust attention to detail confidentiality and a solid understanding of payroll systems taxation and compliance regulations Key Responsibilities Process end-to-end payroll for all employees on a monthly bi-weekly basis Ensure accurate calculation of salaries deductions bonuses and reimbursements Maintain and update payroll records attendance data and employee information Coordinate with HR and Finance for inputs like leaves new hires resignations and salary changes Prepare payroll reports payslips and compliance filings Manage statutory deductions such as PF ESI TDS and professional tax ensure timely payment and return filings Address employee payroll queries and resolve discrepancies Stay updated with payroll-related laws tax changes and compliance requirements Liaise with auditors finance teams and third-party payroll service providers if applicable Assist in year-end payroll activities including Form 16 generation and annual tax computations Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Commerce Accounting HR or related field 2-5 years of payroll processing experience Strong knowledge of statutory regulations PF ESI TDS PT etc Experience with payroll software such as GreytHR Zoho Payroll ADP or similar tools Proficiency in MS Excel and data validation techniques High level of accuracy attention to detail and confidentiality Good communication and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications Experience in multi-state or multi-country payroll if applicable Working knowledge of labor laws and compliance audits Familiarity with HRMS or ERP systems Job Type Full-time Pay 15 585 93 - 35 000 00 per month Experience Payroll 4 years Required Work Location Remote
