Job Requirements Serve as the primary point of contact for technical expertise related to electrical systems components and applications Provide in-depth knowledge and analysis of electrical components Provide technical guidance on product development specifications and mapping between characteristics of that product with another source Support the verification and validation activities to ensure product quality and compliance Provide the electro technical guidance to internal teams and external customers Ensure compliance with relevant electrical codes standards and regulations e g IEC IEEE UL Contribute to the industry technical committees and working groups Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including engineering product management marketing and sales Communicate technical information clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences Prepare technical reports presentations and documentation Mentor and train junior engineers and technical staff Share knowledge and expertise to foster career development within the team Work Experience Should be able to understand the technical characteristics of the electrical devices Should be able to map the technical characteristics even when their measuring units differently mentioned Knowledge on the software development process like waterfall scrum Knowledge on tools like Jira and Confluence or a similar one Strong work ethics with high level of self-motivation and communication skill
