We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our membership sales efforts at our premier MMA and CrossFit training facility The ideal candidate is passionate about fitness understands the unique value of MMA and CrossFit and has a proven track record in sales leadership customer relationship building and team management Key Responsibilities Sales Leadership Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet monthly and quarterly membership and revenue goals Generate new leads through outbound calls emails social media outreach community events and walk-ins Conduct facility tours and consultations for potential members Convert leads into paying members by promoting class offerings trainers and gym culture Team Management Recruit train and supervise a team of membership advisors or front desk staff if applicable Provide coaching and performance feedback to ensure team meets individual and group targets Track KPIs and sales performance metrics report to senior management weekly Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective members Address member concerns objections and cancellations with professionalism and empathy Create referral and loyalty programs to drive organic growth Marketing Support Collaborate with marketing to create promotions events and content that drive interest in MMA and CrossFit programs Represent the gym at local events expos and community functions Qualifications 0-2 years of sales experience preferably in fitness sports or health industries Basic knowledge of MMA CrossFit or functional training is a major plus Excellent communication interpersonal and persuasion skills Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a quick-paced high-energy environment Familiarity with CRM software e g Mindbody Zen Planner or similar is a bonus What We Offer Competitive base salary commission Free gym membership and discounted programs Opportunity to work in a supportive and fitness-focused environment Career growth within a growing gym community Job Types Full-time Fresher Internship Contract length 6 months Pay 15 000 00 - 40 796 98 per month Language English Required Work Location In person
