We are seeking a talented and creative Interior Designer to join our dynamic team As an Interior Designer you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects from concept development to final execution and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of architects designers and clients to create compelling interior environments that elevate the human experience Responsibilities Collaborate with clients to understand their needs preferences and project goals and translate them into innovative and functional design concepts Develop design proposals mood boards sketches and presentations to communicate design ideas effectively to clients and stakeholders Conduct site visits measurements and assessments to understand spatial constraints and opportunities and inform design decisions Create detailed interior design plans including floor plans elevations and 3D renderings using design software such as AutoCAD SketchUp or Revit Select materials finishes furniture fixtures and accessories that align with the design concept budget and timeline of the project Coordinate with vendors contractors and suppliers to source and procure materials furnishings and decorative elements for the project Prepare construction documents specifications and drawings and collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure integration with architectural and structural components Manage project timelines budgets and resources effectively to ensure timely and cost-efficient project delivery Oversee the installation and implementation of design plans including furniture layout lighting design and accessorizing to ensure alignment with the design intent Conduct post-occupancy evaluations and engage with clients to gather feedback and assess the success of the design solution Qualifications Bachelor s or Master s degree in Interior Design or related field from an accredited institution years of experience in interior design with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of projects and design styles Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD SketchUp Revit Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant tools Strong understanding of design principles space planning color theory and materials selection Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage with clients team members and vendors Ability to work collaboratively in a quick-paced environment manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines Knowledge of building codes regulations and industry standards related to interior design and construction Passion for design innovation creativity and sustainability in interior design practices Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 8 432 65 - 25 000 00 per month Ability to commute relocate Rs Puram Coimbatore Tamil Nadu Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Preferred Education Diploma Preferred Experience Interior design 1 year Preferred Willingness to travel 25 Preferred Work Location In person
