Job Title Supply Chain Manager Solar Experience Company Galaxy Solar Energy Private Limited Location Nagpur Experience Required 7-10 Years Solar Industry Preferred Employment Type Full time Key Responsibilities Procurement Vendor Management o Identify evaluate and manage suppliers of solar panels inverters mounting structures cables and BOS components o Handle vendor development and performance monitoring particularly for EPC Engineering Procurement and Construction and I C Installation Commissioning partners o Negotiate commercial terms and service level agreements to ensure cost efficiency and quality EPC I C Vendor Chain Oversight o Build and manage a reliable network of EPC and I C contractors for rooftop and ground-mount solar projects o Coordinate between project teams and vendors to ensure alignment on timelines scope and quality o Evaluate contractor performance enforce compliance and support onboarding of new technical partners Inventory Warehouse Management o Monitor stock levels and implement efficient warehousing practices o Develop systems for real-time tracking of inventory and materials in transit o Manage storage dispatch and returns with minimal losses and optimum cost Logistics Distribution o Plan and oversee inbound and outbound logistics of solar components and equipment to multiple project sites o Optimize transportation costs and ensure timely delivery aligned with project schedules o Ensure adherence to safety handling and environmental norms Planning Forecasting o Collaborate with project planning sales and engineering teams to forecast demand and align procurement accordingly o Develop and implement supply chain strategies to support current and future project pipelines Compliance Documentation o Ensure all procurement transportation and vendor-related activities comply with regulatory guidelines tax norms GST and internal controls o Maintain up-to-date documentation for audits vendor onboarding and supply chain operations Key Requirements Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain Management Engineering or related field MBA preferred 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in the solar energy sector with strong knowledge of EPC and I C vendor ecosystems Solid understanding of solar components project execution workflows and supply chain challenges Hands-on experience with ERP SAP systems and proficiency in MS Office Strong negotiation communication and analytical skills Proven ability to lead teams and manage cross-functional coordination Job Type Full-time Pay 600 000 00 - 700 000 00 per year Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
