Job description Job Title Showroom Manager Female Location Ernakulam Panampilly Nagar Experience Required 4 - 5 Years Education Graduate in any discipline Industry Tiles Sanitaryware Building Materials Retail Employment Type Full time Job Summary We are seeking a confident and experienced Showroom Manager Female to manage our tiles and sanitaryware showroom in Panampilly Nagar Ernakulam The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience in retail or building materials excellent communication skills and strong leadership abilities to manage the day-to-day operations and drive sales performance Key Responsibilities Manage the overall operations of the tile showroom Lead and guide the sales team to achieve monthly and yearly targets Provide product knowledge and design suggestions to customers tiles sanitaryware etc Ensure excellent customer service and handle inquiries and complaints professionally Maintain showroom layout cleanliness and visual presentation Monitor inventory coordinate with warehouse and manage stock levels Coordinate with vendors contractors and logistics teams Prepare daily and monthly sales reports and submit to head office Train staff on sales techniques product updates and customer service Keep updated with latest trends and competitor offerings in tiles and construction materials Requirements 4-5 years of experience in retail showroom operations preferably in tiles sanitaryware or building materials Graduate in any stream Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English Basic computer knowledge MS Excel billing inventory systems Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills Willing to work on weekends and peak seasons Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month
