Job Title Senior Accounts Manager Location Navi Mumbai On-site Department Finance About the Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Accounts Manager to lead our finance and accounting operations This role is critical in ensuring accurate financial reporting statutory compliance budget management and effective team leadership The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in accounting excellent analytical skills and proven expertise in managing end-to-end financial processes Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including Accounts Payable AP Accounts Receivable AR General Ledger GL and bank reconciliations Prepare review and finalise monthly quarterly and annual financial statements Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including GST TDS Income Tax and other applicable regulations Manage audit processes by coordinating with internal and external auditors Lead budgeting forecasting and cost-control activities to support business objectives Develop and implement financial policies procedures and controls Supervise mentor and evaluate the accounts team to ensure high performance Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support strategic decisions Qualifications Skills Educational Qualification Chartered Accountant CA MBA in Finance or equivalent Experience Minimum 7 years in accounting with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP Tally and advanced MS Excel Strong understanding of Indian taxation statutory compliance and financial regulations Excellent analytical problem-solving and leadership skills Ability to manage deadlines prioritize tasks and maintain attention to detail What We Offer Competitive salary and advantages package Opportunity to work in a growth-driven organisation A collaborative and professional work environment Job Type Full-time Pay 300 000 00 - 600 000 00 per year Benefits Flexible schedule Schedule Monday to Friday Work Location In person Speak with the employer 91 (phone hidden)
