We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team This internship offers hands-on experience across various HR functions and provides valuable exposure to recruitment employee engagement documentation and HR operations The ideal candidate should be proactive organized and eager to learn in a dynamic work environment Key Responsibilities Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions across various platforms Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics between candidates and interviewers Support the screening of resumes and maintain applicant tracking sheets Help prepare onboarding kits documentation and welcome emails for recent hires Coordinate induction processes for interns faculty and staff Ensure employee records are updated and well-organized both digital and physical files Track attendance and maintain accurate records for faculty staff and interns Maintain leave records follow up on approvals and resolve discrepancies Update and manage internship trackers and faculty allocation lists Update employee data in HR software or Excel trackers Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives and internal events Support the HR Admin team with daily office operations Help organize training sessions workshops and feedback collection from staff and students Assist in drafting internal communication emails memos and HR notices Ensure HR policies are visibly posted and updated on notice boards and digital platforms Conduct periodic checks for policy compliance e g dress code working hours Assist in generating basic HR reports and dashboards as required Qualifications Skills Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources Business Administration Psychology or a related field Strong organizational and time management skills Proficient in MS Office Excel Word PowerPoint Familiarity with HR software is a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Enthusiastic self-motivated and detail-oriented Job Types Full-time Internship Contract length 6 months Pay 10 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Internet reimbursement Work Location In person
