Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Export Sales Executive to join our international sales team The role involves identifying new markets conducting research to find potential buyers negotiating deals and managing the export sales process end-to-end Freshers with a background in International Business as well as candidates from insurance and banking sectors are encouraged to apply Female candidates will be given priority Key Responsibilities Research and identify potential international buyers and new market opportunities Generate leads through online platforms industry directories and trade fairs Initiate communication with prospective clients and present product offerings Negotiate pricing payment terms and close export deals effectively Maintain strong relationships with existing overseas clients and agents Coordinate with internal teams logistics documentation finance to ensure timely order fulfillment Handle export documentation and ensure compliance with INCOTERMS and international trade regulations Keep track of industry trends and market intelligence Maintain records of communications quotations and sales activity Participate in trade shows online meetings and promotional events Requirements Bachelor s degree in International Business Marketing Commerce or a related field Freshers with relevant academic background are welcome Professionals from insurance and banking sectors with client-handling experience are also encouraged to apply Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills Solid research and analytical ability Proficiency in MS Office and online business platforms Self-motivated organized and goal-oriented Job Type Full-time Pay 300 000 00 - 600 000 00 per year Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Internet reimbursement Language English Required Work Location In person
