Responsible for overall functioning and management of the Residential Retirement site After arrival in township formally induct the applicant and explain to them their rights duties facilities provided and the guidelines of the township Actively coordinate between the Resident line departments site staff and Executive Committee take necessary steps to resolve issues and represent the AVI at meetings Follow instructions on matters relating to the administration running and management of the township given by the Residents Supervise the work of other staff and ensure that they are fulfilling their responsibilities Ensure department wise inventories Supervise and ensure that the inmates are provided with all their welfare and government entitlements and it is recorded in the specified register Coordinate and arrange health camps for regular checkup of the inmates Ensure proper in-home treatment and take steps for residents in emergency as advised by the township doctor Ensure that the inmates belongings are properly recorded stored in protected custody and handed over to them with defined procedures as and when required Preparation of Annual Report progress reports process documents and other reports in a time bound manner and submit the same to management Hold responsibility as the Public Relation Officer of the Township Day to day correspondence Proper maintenance of various files related to records of the inmate s staff stock finance assets etc Encourage and conduct training programs and capacity building activities for volunteers staff stakeholders as per the instructions of the Executive Committee Any other relevant work that may be included during the negotiations or as directed by the management Job Type Full-time Pay 55 000 00 - 60 000 00 per month Experience total work 5 years Preferred Work Location In person
