Spoken English Trainer The Spoken English Trainer is responsible for developing and implementing engaging lesson plans to improve students spoken English proficiency The role involves assessing students speaking abilities providing constructive feedback and continuously updating teaching methods to meet learners needs Responsibilities Design and deliver engaging lesson plans to improve spoken English skills Conduct interactive sessions to practice speaking pronunciation and fluency Assess students spoken English proficiency through tests and assignments Provide constructive feedback to students to enhance their speaking abilities Update teaching materials and methodologies to reflect best practices Encourage and motivate students to participate in class discussions Prepare and deliver individualized learning plans for students with diverse needs Monitor and document students progress and provide timely reports Qualifications Bachelor s degree in English Education or a related field Proven experience as a Spoken English Trainer or similar role Robust command of English language and excellent communication skills Professional certifications in teaching training preferred Ability to develop lesson plans and teach expediently Patience and the ability to engage students in learning Skills Public Speaking Teaching Lesson Planning Classroom Management Assessment and Evaluation Communication Motivational Skills Pronunciation and Accent Training Salary 18K-22K Job Type Full-time Pay 18 000 00 - 22 000 00 per month Language English Preferred Location Patna Bihar Preferred Work Location In person
