Key Responsibilities Supervise guide and coordinate the activities of service engineers Allocate service tasks efficiently monitor schedules and ensure engineers meet deadlines and quality standards Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting assistance to engineers and clients Handle escalated customer complaints and provide timely resolutions Conduct training sessions for new and existing service engineers on equipment safety and best practices Ensure all service records reports and feedback are documented accurately and submitted on time Coordinate with the inventory store team to ensure availability of required spare parts and tools Ensure service operations follow company policies safety standards and industry regulations Submit weekly monthly performance and service reports to management Identify areas for process improvement and recommend changes to enhance service efficiency and quality Attendance Management Maintain daily attendance of all service engineers Monitor site punch-in punch-out compliance Submit weekly attendance summaries to HR Admin Address habitual latecomers or absentees as per company policy Required Skills Qualifications Diploma Degree in Mechanical Electrical Engineering or related field 5-10 years of experience in industrial service Strong leadership team management and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Willingness to travel for client visits or support Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Perks Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
