AICraft Labs is a studio that builds autonomous systems for SMBs. We design and ship agentic and multi-agent solutions that run real business operations in production.

This role is about the surface of that work: the websites, brand assets, and interfaces that our products and clients are seen through. We want them to look like the best sites on the internet right now. The role

You design and build modern websites end to end.

You own both sides: the visual design and the front-end code. Most of the work is marketing websites for our clients across different sectors. Think top restaurants, education companies, and other modern B2B brands, each needing a site that stands out in its own space. This is a project-based engagement paid per project, so it suits someone who works independently and delivers finished work without needing a full-time seat. What you will do

Design and build websites from concept to shipped front-end: landing pages, product sites, and marketing sites for our brands and our clients.

Handle motion and interaction: animations, transitions, scroll effects, and micro-interactions that feel considered rather than decorative.

Create the visual assets a site needs, including illustrations, icons, graphics, and other design elements.

Use AI across the workflow, for generating assets and for writing code, to move fast without dropping quality.



What we need from you A portfolio of modern websites you designed and built. This is the first thing we look at.

Strong visual design: layout, typography, color, spacing, and hierarchy.

Front-end coding: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and a modern framework like React or Next.js.

Motion skills with tools like GSAP, Framer Motion, or Lottie, and comfort with scroll-based and interactive animation.

Fluency in Figma, Paper and modern build tools, whether that is Framer, Webflow, or straight code.

An AI-native workflow. You already use AI tools for asset generation and for coding, and you know how to direct them to get what you want.

A current sense of where web design is heading, visible in the work you ship.

Care about detail, responsiveness, and performance.

Performance and SEO, GEO & AEO fundamentals. Good to have

3D and WebGL work with Three.js, Spline, shaders, or advanced canvas.

Brand,Logo and identity design.

Motion graphics or short-form video built with AI tools. Engagement

Project-based. Paid per project, with the fee agreed up front for each one.

Remote, India. Some overlap with IST working hours.

Transparent scope and timeline set before each project starts. We care more about what you have shipped than about a formal resume. If you have built something real with AI share your portfolio. Lead with two or three sites you both designed and coded, and say what was yours on each.
