Responsibilities
- Design and develop user-friendly web pages and interfaces
- Create visually appealing graphics and layouts for websites
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define design goals
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
- Optimize web designs for maximum speed and scalability
- Must have good knowledge of Figma
- Stay updated on emerging trends in web design and technology
- Conduct user research and testing to enhance user experience
- Maintain and update existing websites to improve performance and user engagement
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Web Designer or similar role
- Strong portfolio showcasing web design projects
- Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma)
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience with responsive and adaptive design techniques
- Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for aesthetics
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
