Product: SEBI Registered Category III Alternative Investment Fund (AIF)

We are looking for an experienced Wealth Manager to lead fundraising initiatives and build long-term investor relationships for our Category III AIF platform.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive capital raising from HNIs, UHNIs, Family Offices, Entrepreneurs, and Corporate Treasuries.
- Leverage an existing investor network to generate qualified fundraising opportunities.
- Build, nurture, and expand long-term relationships with HNIs, UHNIs, Family Offices, and key financial influencers.
- Execute fundraising and sales strategies aligned with fund objectives and market opportunities.
- Conduct investor meetings, presentations, roadshows, and one-on-one investment discussions.
- Collaborate closely with the Investment, Compliance, and Marketing teams.
- Manage the fundraising pipeline, drive closures, and provide regular updates to leadership.
- Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, networking forums, and investor meets.

Mandatory Experience & Eligibility

- 6+ years of experience in Wealth Management, Private Banking, or Investment Advisory.
- Hands-on experience selling Portfolio Management Services (PMS) and Category III Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs) is mandatory.
- Demonstrated success in raising capital for high-ticket investment products.
- Must possess an active and well-established network of HNIs, UHNIs, Family Offices, Entrepreneurs,



and Key Investors with the ability to generate business from existing relationships.
- Exceptional communication, sales, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong understanding of capital markets, alternative investments, and SEBI regulations.
- Self-driven professional with a proven ability to achieve fundraising targets.

Preferred Profile

- Existing investor book comprising UHNI, Family Office, and HNI clients with an active investment portfolio.
- Experience in proprietary fund distribution and alternative investment products.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to independently build and scale a regional market.
- High level of integrity and strong regulatory compliance awareness.
