Role Description DDAI Tech is looking for an experienced NeoLoad Performance Test Engineer with 4–6 years of experience to support performance testing engagements involving web applications, APIs, enterprise systems, and integrated business workflows. Key Responsibilities

✅ Analyse non-functional requirements and identify performance-critical business transactions

✅ Design and develop performance test scripts using NeoLoad

✅ Record, enhance, parameterise, and correlate dynamic application requests

✅ Create realistic workload models based on user volumes, transaction distribution, pacing, think time, and production usage patterns

✅ Execute load, stress, spike, endurance, scalability, and volume tests

✅ Configure NeoLoad scenarios, populations, user paths, zones, load generators, and monitoring settings

✅ Validate API and UI transactions under concurrent-user load

✅ Handle authentication mechanisms such as OAuth 2.0, JWT, SSO, Basic Authentication,



session tokens, and refresh tokens

✅ Integrate test data using CSV files and dynamic data-generation techniques

✅ Monitor application servers, databases, APIs, infrastructure, and cloud components during test execution

✅ Analyse response times, throughput, transaction rates, errors, percentiles, server utilisation, and performance bottlenecks

✅ Investigate HTTP errors, connection failures, timeouts, socket issues, SSL problems, and network-related errors

✅ Work with application, development, DevOps, infrastructure, database, and business teams to troubleshoot performance issues

✅ Prepare detailed performance test reports, observations, bottleneck findings, and recommendations

✅ Support performance test planning, test-data preparation, environment readiness, and production-readiness assessments

✅ Maintain reusable NeoLoad scripts, frameworks, naming standards, and execution documentation Required Skills

? 4–6 years of experience in performance testing

? Strong hands-on experience with NeoLoad

? Experience in recording and scripting web, API, REST, SOAP, and enterprise application workflows

? Strong knowledge of correlation, parameterisation, validations, regular expressions, and dynamic data handling

? Experience in workload modelling and performance test scenario design

? Good understanding of load, stress, spike, endurance, scalability, and volume testing

? Experience analysing average response time, P90, P95, P99, throughput, hits per second, error percentage, and concurrent-user behaviour





? Good knowledge of HTTP/HTTPS protocols, request headers, cookies, sessions, authentication, and response validation

? Experience troubleshooting 400, 401, 403, 404, 409, 500, 502, 503, timeout, connection-refused, and socket-related errors

? Experience with server-side monitoring and APM tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Datadog, New Relic, Grafana, Prometheus, or equivalent tools

? Understanding of databases, application servers, APIs, microservices, cloud infrastructure, and distributed systems

? Experience working with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms

? Positive analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder-communication skills Preferred Skills

? Exposure to JMeter, LoadRunner, BlazeMeter, or other performance testing tools

? Experience with JavaScript, Java, Groovy, Python, or shell scripting

? Knowledge of AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, Docker, microservices, and API gateways

? Experience with NeoLoad Web, NeoLoad Controller, load generators, monitoring agents, and distributed load testing

? Familiarity with performance engineering concepts such as capacity planning, scalability assessment, bottleneck analysis, and production workload modelling Engagement Details

? Location: Remote

? Working Hours: 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM IST

? Duration: Minimum 6 months, with possible extension

? Engagement Type: Consultant / Contract

? Budget: Up to ₹100,000 per month
